UPDATE: After having waited for a few days to get any sort of response back on any of my communications, I received an email that said “Read the Website”. That’s it. Nothing else. No helpful insight on where to go on the website, no attempt to see what it is I was trying to ask, and no attempt to be even remotely helpful. Fast forward 48 minutes after the useless “read the website” email. I get a response back with a half hearted apology for having been blown off last week. Francis acknowledged that I called at an “extremely inopportune time”, still made no effort to help me, and admitted that the information I had been looking for was “buried”. I honestly have never felt so disappointed, disrespected by, and unwanted in a business in my life. It’s because of this, that I cannot recommend this business to anyone. ____________________________________________ I really wish I could give less than one star. I just called the store a few minutes ago trying to understand the business model, and a base understanding of the pricing model to figure out what I would need to spend to get my furniture built out. The employee who answered, didn't even ask what questions I had and instead blew me off in less than 30 seconds. He told me everything I needed to know is on the website. I had spent the previous hour on the website looking for what I needed and couldn't find it. I Made It just missed out on selling me the lumber and guidance for 2 poker tables, a kitchen table, several picture frames, and an outdoor bench. I'll save the money and finish building out my own woodshop instead.

Would recommend to anyone! My sister had purchased a cutting board class due to the cancellation of our wedding, when we arrived, we were able to upgrade to the cheeseboard with no issues. The cheeseboards came out amazing! Such a wonderful place, love the sense of independence yet the aid of a person nearby when completing our projects. The staff was so kind and helpful every step. Thanks!

Extremely accommodating, friendly, and understanding. Turned up to hop on a belt sander for a personal project. 15 bucks and 30 minutes later I was out the door. Be sure to use their online reservation system to ensure they have room for you in advance. Saved me a ton of headache. I have been looking around everywhere for a place to use a belt sander without spending 50 on tool rental. Wish they had more locations. Will recommend to anyone with ears.
